Les boutons situés sur les poignées et la barre longue permettent de relâcher la résistance d’une simple pression. La protection en cas de défaillance est activée par défaut : dès qu’un épuisement est détecté, la charge est réduite. Des messages vocaux confirment chaque état.

After receiving the goods, I did some shoulder exercises before the stool was dismantled. I felt that the strength can be stimulated and the feeling of congestion is good. However, because it is a steel wire, novices are advised to lower the weight when first using it and gradually master it before using it and simply practice it after get off work. Enough is enough.
